how do i import a monster from one map to another
eg...place a blue troll into gipath? and after i have done that can i change its position on the map i think i need to hex edit the file in the map directory called zone3obr-lmp.mob

u should use cheat-codes for Evil Islands to add some monsters into your game. or u can install one of Mods for the game.
